CSI understands the importance of recognizing great achievements and milestones. Taking the time to acknowledge and reward performance and tenure is an essential part of the culture we have built for our internal employees as well our hundreds of contractors on assignment.
In addition to offering one of the most-rewarding commission structures in the industry and competitive hourly and salary ranges, CSI currently runs several companywide incentive programs for top sales and recruiting performers. Our Leadership Club recognizes top quarterly performers based on specific targets and growth measurements. The Leadership Club winners are recognized companywide and proudly display a coveted trophy on their desktop. The President’s Club rewards the “best of the best” each year with a trip for themselves and their spouse to a fun location such as Las Vegas or the Bahamas with other winners.
Our contractors are the lifeblood of our organization, representing our firm to our clients every day. We recently launched an Employee Loyalty Program to recognize contractors who hit specific milestones while on assignment with one of our clients.
