Chris Flakus is a veteran of the staffing industry, with more than 15 years of experience overseeing the national growth of CSI Search.

As President, Flakus has grown the financial services staffing more than 150% in the past five years. By establishing a team of experts in specific areas of concentration, he has enabled CSI Search with the flexibility to concentrate attention on hot jobs as the market fluctuates, such as auditors due to Sarbanes Oxley or loan processors at the peak of the real estate market.

CSI Search’s rapid growth has led to office openings in Ft. Lauderdale, Dallas, Charlotte, Nashville and Denver and a growing network of recruiters spanning the nation. Most recently, Flakus added a Interim Financial Solutions division focused on placing contract professional that can provide interim coverage during peak periods or a candidate with specific skills to solve short term needs.

The development of the Interim Financial Solutions division is a prime example of CSI Search’s foundational philosophy of being nimble and adaptable based on client needs.

Flakus lives in Jacksonville with his wife and five children.
