The Junior Account Executive is a business development training track at The CSI Companies. It is designed to develop graduates that have little to no experience in the recruiting industry into future Account Executives at CSI. Ideal candidates will spend approximately the first 3 months learning the recruiting piece of our business, before being paired with a current Account Executive to serve as their mentor as they progress through the Junior Account Executive training program. During the 3 to 6 month Mentorship phase of this training process, Jr. Account Executives will work alongside their mentors, learning the skills necessary to become successful Account Executives at CSI. Graduates of this program will then begin developing their own book of business with all the skills necessary for long term success and upward mobility within CSI.
Account Executive Responsibilities
The Account Executive is responsible for all steps associated with sales process, to include: execution of sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify their needs and sell appropriate services, manage on-going account maintenance and deliver effective, professional proposals. The Accounts Executive should have the ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients as well as work with a sense of urgency and independently to facilitate business success.
The Account Executive must have excellent communication skills and the ability to form and develop professional relationships with clients. The Account Executive is also responsible for insuring that only the very best candidates are presented to their clients for evaluation. They must be able to effectively communicate and manage recruiters in order to provide the highest level of service and professionalism to our clients.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- BA or BS from an accredited University
- 0 – 3 years of successful sales/internships/customer service experience
- A strong desire to grow into a business development and business development management role.
- Experience in a service-oriented business or Outside Sales environment.
- PC literate in MS Office Suite and Social Media platforms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to multi-task.
- Desire to learn and teach as well as the ability to persevere through difficult situations.
