Recruiter – Permanent Placement, CSI Search

The CSI Companies, Inc. is a nationwide recruiting company. Our company was established in 1994 and we have been rapidly growing since. Due to the growth of our company, we are actively searching for an experienced permanent placement recruiter to recruit a variety of positions nationwide. This is a challenging position that is professionally and financially rewarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle permanent placement recruiting for various level roles in multiple industries
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with the sales team to effectively increase placement opportunities.
  • Recruit active and passive candidates and develop a strong network of potential candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation and benefits offerings to selected candidates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience outside of the recruiting industry is preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years of permanent placement recruiting experience
  • Four year college degree
  • Experienced with using social media and advanced candidate search tools and techniques
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability and willingness to put in the effort necessary to get the job done
  • Career driven
  • Motivated to succeed

We provide an excellent compensation plan including base salary and uncapped commission plan, medical benefits, PTO, holidays, 401k and educational tuition reimbursement.
