CSI Healthcare IT offers competitive compensation as well as an excellent benefits package. Unlike most other healthcare IT service providers, we compensate our consultants and reimburse expenses on a weekly basis.

In addition to weekly pay, we offer W-2 contract employees:

  • Direct deposit availability
  • Access to online paystubs
  • Paid holidays after 1500 hours worked:
    • New Year’s Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day
  • 40 hours of vacation after 2,000 hours worked
  • CSI sponsors a 401(k) program for their employees. This program allows CSI employees who meet eligibility requirements to put aside pre-tax dollars into a retirement plan.
    • Employees become eligible after 6 months of service
    • Enrollment periods occur twice per year (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1)
    • Year-end discretionary match based on company performance
