CSI Tech offers competitive compensation as well as an excellent benefits package. Unlike many IT staffing companies, we compensate our consultants and reimburse expenses on a weekly basis.

In addition to your weekly pay package, we offer:

  • Paid holiday schedule after you have completed 1,500 hours worked.
  • Paid vacation week after 2,000 hours worked.
  • 401(k) plan eligibility with six months of service at the start of enrollment period (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1), with a discretionary match based on company performance.
  • Expenses reimbursement, according to your contract.
