The CSI Companies is actively seeking a Administrative Assistant for our client located in the Palm Harbor, FL area.
We are looking for someone who is available to work the following hours:
- Mon- Fri 8 AM – 5 PM
The Administrative Assistant provides superior customer service to internal and external customers
- Multi System Data Entry to build Customer accounts.
- Light Phone work scheduling installations for customers.
- Provide reception coverage as needed.
- Other duties as assigned, which may include but are not limited to: Assist with Ops Support/Administrative duties
- Handle incoming customer/associate relations calls.
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 yr of Experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Data Entry.
- Accounts payable knowledge is a plus.
