The CSI Companies has partnered with a leading financial services company in the St. Petersburg, FL/Largo area looking to add additional customer service representatives to their growing Fraud Department. 
 

Location: Work from home until the office reopens due to covid 19
 

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from credit union members, no cold calling all inbound customer service.
  • Adhere to established department productivity standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent service to the customer.
  • Analyze transaction patterns and respond quickly to high-risk situations
  • Help resolve account issues and financial inquiries.
  • Build rapport, provide excellent customer service, and impact people in a positive way
  • Identify changing fraud trends, document and report to appropriate department personnel in a timely manner to assist in the reduction of fraud loss
  • Process Lost/Stolen account calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • 1+ years of financial customer service experience preferred. 
  • High School Grad or GED Required
