The CSI Companies is actively hiring for a Customer Service Representative for our client located in Johnston RI. This is a great opportunity to join one of the most established and largest retail banks in the US!
Essential Job Functions:
Explaining/offering appropriate service/support solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the customer and partner relationship
- Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem, and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
- Provide accurate information to customers as it relates to credit decisions based on customer applications.
- Track calls and partner locations in internal tracking system while working on a recorded line
- Provide accurate and detailed information while following the applicable state and federal requirements.
- Ensure daily work/follow-up work is completed according to policies and procedures
- Operate in a Call Center environment with heavy phone work and chat support.
- Assist with any additional duties required to meet the business line needs.
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
- Competence includes the ability to identify and resolve conflicts in a professional manner with customers
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Work Schedule: 1st shift including 1 weekend day
