– Prepare a Preliminary Closing Instruction –TRID – Request for Fees

– Review Loan Conditions – Funding Documents

– NBTH title review process

*Redisclosure Tasks may only be assigned after the contractor/temp has a thorough understanding of our systems, which will not be immediately.


Demonstrate the ability to work on our loan origination system. Responsibilities include organizing, analyzing, compiling, and reporting data to other closing teammates.  Able to work a variety of computer-based tasks requiring knowledge of how mortgage loans are processed, underwritten and closed.  Must have a demonstrated aptitude for learning independently.  Superior written and oral communication skills.

Coordinates details of closing with borrower, realtor/builder, seller and closing agent.  Prepares and sends closing package to closing agent.  Performs post-closing audit. Meets performance standards and goals established by the bank.


Will have on-the-job shadowing of one or multiple experienced teammates.

Incumbent would typically possess up to 2 years of closing/shipping experience. Incumbent would typically handle moderately complex loans.

Our client is seeking candidates that can interview and get started immediately. All candidates must complete and pass a Background check, drug screening, and other health screenings if required.
