Accountant

At CSI, our people make all the difference. As we continue to grow, we're currently interviewing candidates for an Accountant role in our Jacksonville headquarters. In this role, the candidate will prepare financial statements (i.e. balance sheets, income statements, monthly closing reports, account reconciliations). Additionally, you’ll be asked to compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries, document business transactions, and maintain and coordinate accounting procedures.


As an Accountant, you will….

  • Use financial data to prepare and record journal entries
  • Prepare cash and balance sheet account reconciliations for Company financial statements
  • Analyze the financial statements and provide explanations for variances
  • Reach period over period variances in revenue, cost of sales, and expense and provides explanations for the fluctuations
  • Identify, research and resolve all issues related to daily functions
  • Conduct business analysis, with ability to design, implement and manage projects & process improvements related to cash management, treasury workstation and accounting initiatives
  • Identify efficiencies and recommend enhancements to management
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
  • Work with internal/external auditors as needed
  • Document and/or updates policies and procedures as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

You must have....

  • 2+ years of related accounting experience or at least one year as an accountant from a public accounting firm (CPA preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Must be an advanced Excel user (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
  • Ability to work with all levels of managers throughout the company in analyzing financial situations
  • Ability to maintain work priorities in an environment with multiple concurrent tasks and projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and consistently follow-up on tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Corporate Paralegal

We are looking for a full time Corporate Paralegal to become an integral member of our Jacksonville headquarters! The ideal candidate will have experience working with Contract Law in the state of Florida. This person must be adept at reviewing contracts, operating agreements, and other corporate documents. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) providing project leadership, guidance, and support for the negotiation and processing of corporate contracts.

  • 3-5 years of experience with legal transactional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

    Payroll Specialist

This position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of payroll and various related services of a rapidly growing organization.


    As a Payroll Specialist, you will….

    • Ensure payroll is processed with accuracy and speed
    • Serve as liaison to consultants to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company’s pay policy
    • Audit employee pay records and reconciles totals by department, location, etc.
    • Process accurate and timely payroll adjustments
    • Assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filing and related documentation
    • Manage payroll-related responsibilities for garnishments, benefits, leave of absence, etc.
    • Assist with year-end reporting and processes (including processing of W-2s, etc.)
    • Stay current with changes in law
    • Other related duties as assigned

    You must have....

    • Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
    • CPP Certification
